No elevator to the second floor!!! A view of the river is not guaranteed, which is disappointing!!! The lobby and dining area renovations should really be communicated better!!!

good stay but not perfect
The staff's friendliness made a difference during our time there. The beds were impressively comfortable providing a great night’s rest. It was fantastic to have ample parking space for our trailer and boat, which made our visit for fishing enjoyable. The room's cleanliness stood out, echoing other guests' experiences where the accommodations were well-kept.
The breakfast options were somewhat basic and could use more variety.

Clean and well-maintained hotel.
During our three-night stay, we experienced several disappointments. The breakfast was extremely underwhelming, consisting of just a few banana nut muffins and meager yogurt portions daily. Additionally, we noticed a lack of attentive service, as staff were often not visible and didn't address our needs, making us feel overlooked.

harbor winds has a fantastic location near the waterfront and some great dining spots. the staff, especially samantha and ann, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. the room had a great view of the river, and the complimentary breakfast was clean and offered plenty of options for a nice start to the day.

our stay at this riverside hotel was delightful as we enjoyed clean and quiet rooms. We had a lovely walk along the river walk right outside the hotel, with plenty of dining options nearby, making our trip all the more enjoyable.
